  Absolutely appalled by this taxi service. My boyfriend booked a taxi for half 6 in the morning to catch a train for work, 6:30 passed and there was no taxi. Confused to why he/she didn't show up, we sent a text asking where the taxi was and asked if it come a bit later on, we then received a text saying 'no ive gone back to bed'. I couldn't believe it when I read the text! My boyfriend is now an hour late for work because of this, and had to get his grandad to come all the way from Doncaster to pick him up then take him all the way to work. If you need a reliable taxi service please don't get this one, absolutely disgusting and unprofessional.
